Borussia Monchengladbach will need to replace Chelsea loanee Andreas Christensen at the end of the season, sporting director Max Eberl has confirmed.
The defender is contracted to return to Stamford Bridge although the German club are keen to make the deal a permanent one.
“He must go back to Chelsea FC,” Eberl said. “Those are the two players [Dahoud and Christensen] that we have to replace in the summer.
“There are no others. And we don’t want any others [to leave us].”
