“There is a bit of disappointment” Wolves newcomer makes confession

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ summer signing Patrick Cutrone has opened up about his move to England from AC Milan and confessed it was a little bit disappointing. He played for Milan since he was a youngster and as he struggled in his final season at San Siro, he was told he would be allowed to leave the club. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Cutrone said: “At a certain point they put me in a position where I said, ‘OK, I have to leave’. In life, you have to make decisions. I was in that situation, which was disappointing because I had a great connection with my team-mates at Milan and the fans really loved me. It's my first experience away from home. But I've left the place I grew up in, far from my parents, my friends, my brother, my grandparents, my girlfriend, so there is a bit of disappointment. They're still close to me, even though I'm in another country.” The 21-year-old forward joined Wolves for €18 million this summer and since then has made 17 appearances for the club netting twice and assisting 4 times.
