Bayern Munich "set £27m price tag" for Liverpool target Thiago Alcantara

Bayern Munich have set their asking price for the club midfielder Thiago Alcantara. The 29-year-old has been heavily linked with the move to Liverpool, having one year left in his contract with the Germany champions. The Reds are in negotiations to bring the midfielder to Anfield during the summer transfer window. And according to German outlet Sport Bild, Bayern expect a minimum of €30m (£27m) for Thiago.

The report also claims that no formal offer has yet been submitted for the midfielder, who is said to be ready of leaving the German side.
