Bayern Munich have been given an injury boost ahead of Liverpool clash

Bayern Munich are preparing to play an away game against Liverpool in the Champions League on February 19. There were fears that Bayern Munich could be without their goalkeeper Manuel Neuer. Manuel Neuer got a thumb injury during training session and was feared to miss Friday's Bundesliga game against Augsburg. But Bayern Munich coach Niko Kovac has confirmed that everything is fine with the goalkeeper. "Manuel has not had any complaints, so he's an option for Friday's game again," said Kovac. "Manuel is an ambitious goalkeeper, and those who have achieved so much must have a special ambition, and when you get there you have to do more than anyone else. "So, the situation is not new to him. For the games he did not play, his only choice was his own decision. The player always has the last word and in this case Manuel is ready." https://twitter.com/FCBayernEN/status/1095664533149044736
