Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick has supported Chelsea to ‘go far’ in the Champions League under new manager Thomas Tuchel. Chelsea finished top of their Champions League group under Frank Lampard. The Blues are unbeaten under Tuchel and they face Spanish side Atletico Madrid in the last-16 stage of the competition. The clash in Romania will be Tuchel's first taste of Champions League football with Chelsea. But it will be a big test for the Blues with Atletico Madrid currently top of La Liga and five points ahead with two games in hand. "Chelsea have massive potential both in terms of quality and quantity," Flick, who led Bayern to Champions League glory last season, told France Football. "It’s a young team with a lot of talent. They can go far in the Champions League this season. Thomas [Tuchel] has gained experience at PSG that will benefit him at Chelsea. He’s ready for this challenge."
