Bayer Leverkusen boss speaks out on Kai Havertz future amid Liverpool and Manchester United links

Bayer Leverkusen manager Peter Bosz has revealed that he would like to keep Kai Havertz at the club amid links that the youngster might leave the Bundesliga side. The youngster has been linked with few Premier League clubs including Liverpool and Manchester United, however, during this summer transfer window his transfer didn’t happen. During this season the 20-year-old has made 10 appearances so far with having scored 3 goals. Speaking with Sport Bild (via Mirror), Bosz said: "Of course I would like to keep him, just as I would have liked to keep Julian Brandt, for example. Kai is only 20 and still has room for improvement. I can help him there. "But it is like this, at the end the player himself must feel when he is ready for the next step. Nobody can decide that for him."
