Barcelona's move for De Ligt has run into some complications

Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt has attracted the interest of several European clubs including Barcelona and Manchester United. According to Sport, the youngster is keen to join Barcelona, however, the deal to bring the Dutch youngster to the Camp Nou has stalled in recent weeks. The two sides had almost agreed terms but the 19-year-old's value has risen following his impressive displays in the Champions League. Mino Raiola wants to wait and see what other offers will they get for the player. FC Bayern, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have already re-opened talks with De Ligt's management, hoping to convince the Ajax captain to join their club.
