Aymeric Laporte sends a message to fans following Carabao Cup win

  Manchester City won their fourth in a row Carabao Cup as they celebrated a 1-0 victory over Tottenham. Aymeric Laporte's 82nd-minute strike gave City a lead against Spurs and became the match-winner. The game took place at Wembley and both teams welcomed a limited number of fans back to the stadium. Following the game, Laporte took to Twitter and posted a picture with a caption: "WELCOME BACK TO THE FANS 🔥🔥🔥🔥 #Number4 🏆."
