Arsenal Top 10 most valuable players with Aubameyang topping the list

Arsenal, his last few years at the helm saw a number of marquee signings come through the door. Meanwhile, Unai Emery brought in a number of new faces during the summer, two of which are in Arsenal's top ten most expensive players ever. Here is a list of Top 10 most valuable Arsenal players with Pierre Emerick Aubameyang topping the list.
  1. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – €75 m
Arsenal paid £57.38m for the 29-year-old after agreeing a salary of £200kpw (£10.4m/€12m) to convince him to move to London. Since arriving, Auba has scored 32 goals (with 11 assists) in 55 games meaning he’s only played in 12 Arsenal games without directly contributing to a goal.
  1. Alexandre Lacazette – €65 m
Lacazette has been relatively prolific in the Premier League this campaign. Auba and Lacazette are famous for their partnership on the field but their transfer prices differ from each other. Arsenal decided to break their own transfer record on two centre-forwards in the matter of two successive transfer windows and one of them was Lacazette - £52.7m . The Frenchman has been a key figure for Unai Emery’s side, who have recorded 10 straight Premier League wins a home.
  1. Lucas Torreira €55m
The Uruguay international became Unai Emery’s fourth signing of the summer who reinforced the Spaniard’s squad. He completed his move to the Premier League club from Sampdoria in a £26million deal, following the end of his involvement at the 2018 World Cup. Now his transfer sum is €55m.
  1. Granit Xhaka – €50m
Central midfielder Granit joined the club from Borussia Monchengladbach in May 2016 and has gone on to establish himself as a key member of midfield. Signed by Arsene Wenger in 2016, many fans believed that Xhaka was the eventual successor to Gilberto Silva, and the assertive rock that would protect Arsenal's shaky back four.
  1. Aaron Ramsey – €40m
Ramsey signed for Arsenal from Cardiff for £4.8m. He has played 252 top-flight games for the club, scoring 52 goals. He won three FA Cups, scoring the winning goal in the 2014 and 2017 finals. Now the high profile player is linked with Seria A side Juventus. He has been free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement this month with clubs outside England permitted to sign Premier League players in the final six months of their contracts. 6. Hector Bellerin - €40m The full-back emerged as one of the Premier League’s most exciting talents three years ago. His transfer sum is currently €40m.

  1. Mesut Ozil – €35m
Arsenal will look to offload  Mesut Ozil this summer, despite the player improving under Unai Emery. The Germany international has caught the eye in recent times and starred as the Gunners beat Manchester United and Rennes earlier this month. Many are still expecting Ozil to leave Arsenal, though, with Emery looking for players who fit the style he is trying to implement. Arsenal will receive €35m if they decide to sell the German.
  1. Henrikh Mkhitaryan - €30m
Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been compared to Chelsea legend Frank Lampard for his knack of arriving late in the box and scoring goals. Long linked with a move to England, the Armenia international eventually joined Manchester United from German side Borussia Dortmund in 2016 but after a largely unhappy 18 months was swapped for Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez. Mkhitaryan’s future at Arsenal has been in doubt recently and he is among the players who could depart from the club in the summer. The Armenian international’s transfer sum is valued €30.
  1. Mustafi - €30m
Signed from Valencia in 2016 for a fee reported to be worth £35m, the former Everton man has struggled to establish himself as the leading defender the north London outfit are looking for. Mustafi has been a regular under Emery this term, featuring in all but four Premier League games as the Spanish tactician looks to guide the club back into the Champions League. Mustafi’s transfer sum has remained almost unchanged as he currently costs €30m.
  1. Matteo Guendouzi €30
Guendouzi has been one of Arsenal’s most consistent performers this season and is being tracked by PSG, who let him go as a youngster. He only joined Arsenal last summer, in an £8million deal from Ligue 2 club Lorient and his transfer fee has reportedly risen up to €30.
