Arsenal star on brink of leaving Gunners as transfer to Germany edges closer

Arsenal youngster Xavier Amaechi is set to be England’s next Bundesliga export. The highly-rated forward has just one year left on his contract at the Emirates. According to  Goal and  Bild, Hamburg have had a bid in the region of £2.2million accepted. Arsenal want the 18-year-old to stay for the coming season and beyond but he was snubbed by Unai Emery this summer after not receiving a call-up to the senior squad’s pre-season tour. However, Amaechi is keen for first-team promises before he commits his future.
