Arsenal reveal Danny Welbeck leaving Gunners in shock announcement

Danny Welbeck will be out of contract at the end of the season and Arsenal have announced the players' departure on pitch announcement. During a post-match presentation following Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Brighton it was revealed Welbeck will become a free agent this summer. The PA announcer said: “His presence will be missed in the dressing room.” (via Mirror) Welbeck has made 14 appearances overall during this season with having scored 5 goals and assisted one.
