Arsenal make Emi Buendia transfer decision after Norwich outline terms of deal

Arsenal have decided not to pursue Norwich City star Emi Buendia after the club quoted them a £40million fee for the 24-year-old, according to reports. Buendia has been in fine form during this season as he has made 20 appearances for the Canaries in which he has scored seven goals and provided seven assists. The Gunners are on a hunt for Mesut Ozil replacement, who is poised to join Fenerbahce, however, moves for Buendia, Christian Eriksen, Julian Brandt, Isco and Houssem Aouar currently seem unlikely to happen. According to The Athletic Mikel Arteta's side have now shelved interest in Buendia as Norwich want £40m for him. Mikel Arteta's side won't be signing Eriksen either, meanwhile, Isco isn't on Arsenal's radar, despite the reports that the Gunners are interested in the Real Madrid player. Brandt is primed to stay at Borussia Dortmund until the end of the season at the earliest, while with Aouar, reservations have arisen that will prevent the Gunners from pursuing him this month. source- Express / Join us on Telegram
