Oleksandr Zinchenko is set to miss Premier League's eighth matchday against Brentford on September 18.
Ukraine International will be out for two weeks after picking a calf problem in training at London Colney.
Therefore, the left-back will not be available to be a part of Arsenal's traveling squad for Monday's clash and for Nations League matches against Scotland (twice) and Armenia next week.
Writing on an official statement, the Ukrainian FA said:
"The Arsenal player suffered a calf muscle injury during training at the club, which will require about two weeks for treatment and recovery.
“Oleksandr immediately personally informed the head coach of the Ukrainian national team, Oleksandr Petrakov, of the unfortunate news by calling him. We wish Sashka a speedy recovery.”
