Alexis Sanchez suffered a freak injury by running into the linesman during Manchester United’s defeat to PSG. The Chilean, who was introduced on the stroke of half time, was preparing to come on when he was seen stretching and jogging along the touchline. However, he was floored after colliding with Italian linesman Fabiano Preti as he became distracted by the action on the pitch, according to Daily Mail. He is now battling to be fit for the FA Cup clash with Chelsea, with United already sweating on the fitness of a number of players.
