  Manchester United suffered a 1-0 defeat to West Ham in the Carabao Cup third round on Wednesday and were eliminated from the competition. A goal from Manuel Lanzini at the 9th minute helped the Hammers to celebrate the victory. Following the game, Alex Telles took to Instagram to send a message. He wrote: "Sad and frustrated with yesterday's result. I didn’t expect coming back that way, but I'm grateful to be back on the pitch. It’s time to work harder than ever.
