Paris Saint-Germain star Adrien Rabiot looks certain to leave the club on a free transfer and he has opted to link up with Real Madrid.
The 23-year-old’s current deal expires this summer and Liverpool had been keeping a close eye on his situation.
However, according to Calcio Mercato, Spanish outlet El Chiringuite have claimed that Rabiot would rather make the move to the Santiago Bernabeu and play under Zinedine Zidane.
Rabiot would be a much cheaper alternative to his compatriot Paul Pogba.
Should the Rabiot deal fail to materialise, it’s claimed that Zidane is also interested in Juventus playmaker Miralem Pjanic.
