Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho does not expect any underhand tactics from his "friends" at Real Madrid amid growing talk of a summer move for David de Gea. Real Madrid president Florentino Perez this week said "someone is messing around" when quizzed about the current speculation and Mourinho does not expect those at the club he managed for three years to resort to skulduggery. "With Mr Perez and his right arm Jose Angel Sanchez, they are some of the people in football that I can say that I didn't work for them and it is over," the United boss, in charge at the Bernabeu from 2010-2013, said.
Aleix Vidal out for 5 months
Barcelona defender Aleix Vidal has suffered a huge injury blow during his team's visit to Alava where they beat their Copa del Rey final rivals Alaves with 6 goals to 0. In the end of the game, Vidal was left with a broken ankle after the collision with Theo. It was already obvious on the screen, and later medical tests confirmed the worst.
