Fabregas on Milan radar

AC Milan will try to sign Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas in the summer, reports the Daily Telegraph. Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is also reportedly keeping tabs on the situation. The midfielder has emerged as a target for Milan, who are set to finally confirm their takeover by Chinese investors. The Telegraph claims a £27m bid will be Milan’s opening offer – with Mourinho set to consider a move if Chelsea indicate a willingness to sell.

Manchester United favorites to sign Italian ace

Manchester United are favourites to sign AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, reports the Daily Mirror. It’s understood United boss Jose Mourinho has highlighted the 18-year-old as a potential replacement for David de Gea, should he leave Old Trafford for Real Madrid in the future. Donnarumma – who has made 55 Serie A appearances for the Rossoneri – has also emerged as a target for United’s rivals Manchester City. Donnarumma celebrates his 18th birthday days earlier and can now sign a professional contract with a foreign club. Apart from Manchester United, Real Madrid are also interested in his services and will try to bid for him in the coming summer.

Mourinho: Ibra better than in Inter

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho claims his team's striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is now a better 'worker' than he used to be back in Inter. "I think he [Ibrahimovic] is even better than when I worked with him at Inter," Mourinho told Sky Sports. "He is more collected, more intelligent and understands the game even better. He is not just a finisher, but is also important when it comes to creating goals. "I think he could play on until he is 40 from a physical point of view," the manager added. Important to note that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Jose Mourinho have worked together in Inter in season 2008/09, having won Serie A title.  

Mata: Pogba no machine to score like Messi and Ronaldo in every game

Manchester United midifielder Juan Mata shared his opinion about the criticism his teammate Paul Pogba receives for unimpressive game shown. "When the big transfer comes and the expectations are high, sometimes people lose perception of reality," he told BBC. "We are not machines. Messi and Ronaldo are the only two [that can score every game]. There is no more," Mata finalized. Paul Pogba moved to Manchester United from Juventus in 2016 for £89 millions. Buffon wishes Donnarumma happy birthday

Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon wished Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma happy birthday, as he turned 18 on Saturday, February 25. "Hello Gigio, It's Gigi. Allegri might become Barcelona manager

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri might end up in Barcelona by the start of the next season, Calciomercato. com informs. Barcelona started to consider him as a possible replacement for their current head coach Luis Enrique, whose team do not yet show the best of their game in the season. The main reason for such an interest towards the Italian manager has come from Barcelona sporting director Ariedo Braida, which recommended Allegri, as they have worked together at Milan between 2010 and 2013. It has been previously reported that former PSG manager Laurent Blanc and current Everton head coach Ronald Koeman are also under Barcelona consideration.  

Daniel Alves pushed to return to Barcelona last month

Juventus fullback Daniel Alves pushed to return to Barcelona last month, it has been revealed. According to El Mundo Deportivo, the 33-year-old defender contacted Barcelona directors during January transfer window about a return when learning they were concerned about their fullback options. Having only made the move last summer, Alves has struggled to settle in Turin and has battled with injury. The La Liga side chiefs thanked Alves for his offer, but assured him he was not needed and that it was best for both parties to continue their separate paths. This revelation came just a day after Alves took aim at Barca's board over the way his departure was handled.

Chelsea, Man Utd alerted as Lazio ready to sell Keita

Lazio management have decided to listen to offers for Keita Balde Diao. According to Il Messaggero, the Serie A side are ready to sell the 21-year-old attacker this summer and are actively shopping for a replacement. Keita has been scouted by Manchester United and Chelsea as among his agents is Jorge Mendes. Meanwhile, Chinese offers have arrived for Felipe Anderson to the tune of €60 million.
