Highly rated Barcelona youngster Ilaix Moriba is on the brink of signing for Manchester City, according to Sport. The Citizens could sign Ilaix after Saturday when the player turns 16. Moriba comes out of the famous La Masia academy for years, and Barcelona have offered him a contract higher than what they normally offer players of his age. However, the deal is still not close to what can offer. Juventus and Chelsea also trying to secure his services.
